So, I guess it is true.. You do gain weight after marriage. I currently weigh more than I ever have.. 20 lbs more than the days I gave birth to both of my children. I'm over it. Luckily so is my husband. When we met we were both in MUCH better shape.
Starting today we are on a strict diet. I figured I would write about it that way I could hold myself accountable. I'm still debating about putting my actual weight on here.
Breakfast: Special K fruit and yogurt cereal, part of a cup of coffee on the way to work.. with barely any sugar.. yuck.
Snack: banana
Lunch: chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread (yuck!)
Snack: grapes
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad
Of course I haven't ate all of this already.. it is still morning, but I will keep you updated on how this goes.
Oh.. and I am supposed to drink at least 4 bottles of water.. ugh.. I am not a water drinker..
